Marcus was very thorough. He tested the water, changed the filter, and made sure there were no leaks. He explained everything. I recommend him.

Absolute best service I could have asked for. Pressure tank went out on well and they were able to get out the same day and repair was done two days later. Taft Floyd was a pleasure to work with and so helpful in answering my questions and getting me back up and running. I’ve used them twice and service was superb. Water softener and well pressure tank.

Jack serviced our full home filtration system. The first visit was to replace the bladder and the filters, however he did not have a part to finish the whole project. Arden contacted me a couple of days before our appointment to confirm and the texted when he was 2 hours before arriving and again 30 minutes before our appointment. The whole process was super easy… we got the sink reverse osmosis water filtration system with remineralization with a hookup for our refrigerator as well. From Wes coming out and walking me through products and then quickly getting us scheduled for installation it has been so easy. Logan our installer was knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. The technician was knowledgeable and professional, arrived on time and explained everything in details, as you can see the service calls are not cheap from other reviews but I guess you get what you pay for.

We had our unit reinstalled today from our previous home. Alex was very helpful and professional. We had some strange coincidence with our water shutting off (nothing to do with Culligan) but Alex helped by rechecking the unit and install and calling the water company. Logan was fantastic! After a power outage, our Culligan filtration system started a regeneration cycle during the day, which usually happens around 2 a.m., so I had no idea what was going on. He put in the whole house filtration system; installed the OSMOSIS System under the sink for drinking water, and ran a line from it to our refrigerator for the ice maker.
