Chris was absolutely amazing from the moment we spoke. He was kind, courteous, and professional, and despite making the long drive from Charlotte to Greensboro, he still arrived with a wonderful smile and a genuinely charming personality. Hayley, congratulations—you have a wonderful husband and definitely a great catch!I had scheduled the pickup of our in-home water filtration system months in advance because I knew our family had received new orders relocating us to another country. There was initially an attempt to reschedule the pickup, but once the team understood the seriousness and timing of our situation, they honored the original appointment. I am extremely grateful for that.A huge thank-you to Culligan of Charlotte and the entire team. You all have been wonderful to us since taking over our area. We originally had service through the Greensboro location, and when they went out of business, Charlotte stepped in and took on the responsibility of servicing customers in our area. Clay did a fantastic job for us. He was very thorough, and made sure we knew how the system was installed and worked with us to make sure the equipment fit best where we requested. I feel very confident in the system to provide us with clean drinking water. Great experience! All involved were very professional.

We had Marcus with Culligan come out for an initial visit to a house we recently purchased on Saturday. The house already had a whole-house Culligan water filtration system installed by the previous owner.My wife and I were not familiar with how to properly operate and maintain a water filtration system, so I contacted Culligan to have someone come out and educate us on the system and its proper maintenance.While scheduling the appointment, I was informed that the recommended annual service had last been completed in September 2025. I asked that the annual service also be completed during this visit, which included replacing the carbon filter.We had plenty of questions while Marcus was onsite regarding the operation and maintenance of the system, as well as recommended upgrades and additions. Marcus was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in answering all of our questions and providing pricing for the options we discussed.If this first visit is any indication of what we can expect from future service engagements, I would highly recommend Culligan for any of your water filtration needs!

Marcus was amazing! This is my second interaction with him and he went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood every part of my system and how it works. Our technician Brandon Yerkes was a total professional. Polite, knowledgeable, and a real asset for Culligan. While servicing our RO filter system, he also took the initiative (in a low key way) to talk about a whole house water system. You could tell he loved his work and was a great employee.

I hate when they ask for a review before you know if the product works well!!! But YES, the employee named Logan was very polite & informative. I was surprised to see that he was the only one (for what I expected to be a 2 man job)! He had a good attitude & was familiar with the mountain area. Even told me that Culligan was expanding this way to Hickory. I am very much looking forward to iron/rust free water! So stay tuned. But, so far , so good:)THIS WAS AN OLD REVIEW….Happy to say that my recent “Culligan Man” was great!!!Funny, as i remember the old TV commercials about calling you Culligan Man as they would show hom sitting thete, waiting for a call… WELL, guess what? Here i thought i needed service BUT all was good! He did teach me how to set the timeAND told me then what tome it would ho into automatic regeneration. Also, how to close it off ( drain half tank) and prepare the house gor winter! Brandon was his name, told me to call and they eould save me the service call by walking me through step by step. Good and Patient guy!

I recently had my recommended yearly check up completed by Culligan of Charlotte and my tech, Brandon Y. was awesome! It was pouring rain and he took great care in making sure to not track mud inside. He answered all of my questions and showed me what I needed to do to keep my water softener system preforming at it's best. I had my system installed about 2 years ago. I have had no issues with it and it works great! I have well water and before I had it installed my black faucets and shower heads always looked dirty because of white residue spots but now they stay nice and clean.

Everyone at Culligan of Charlotte were absolutely great to work with. From their Sales person, technician to their CEO they demonstrated their highest level of customer support and work on providing the perfect solution. We couldn't be more pleased!!

Matt came out to sow us some options on getting quality drinking water.We decided on the hot/cold option that sits on the counter. We decided on owning instead of renting and it's a good $25-$30 cheaper than renting a cooler that holds 5 gallon bottles. It will be installed Monday and we can't wait!!
