The service was excellent prices a little bit high on their filters replacements, but the service tech was very good

Arden Garver was incredibly professional and knew his business inside and out. Arden contacted me a couple of days before our appointment to confirm and the texted when he was 2 hours before arriving and again 30 minutes before our appointment. He knew the products very well and explained them in such a way that a layman (like me) could fully understand. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience with Arden Garver.

Arden did a great job clearly explaining the current water parameters and made product recommendations exactly what we would need. He made the entire purchase process very seamless and scheduled the install same week. Alex who did the installation is very knowledgable and answered all my queries on the product operation, maintenance tasks, warranty info etc., patiently. Also, he made sure all the debris and water spills from the work are cleaned and removed. Very professional.

Jack T has taken care of us quite a few times over the past few years. Very knowledgeable on our older Culligan system. He makes it easy and convenient for us to schedule routine check ups in maintenance. Absolutely would recommend!

The whole process was super easy… we got the sink reverse osmosis water filtration system with remineralization with a hookup for our refrigerator as well. From Wes coming out and walking me through products and then quickly getting us scheduled for installation it has been so easy. Logan our installer was knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. The technician was knowledgeable and professional, arrived on time and explained everything in details, as you can see the service calls are not cheap from other reviews but I guess you get what you pay for.

We had our unit reinstalled today from our previous home. Alex was very helpful and professional. We had some strange coincidence with our water shutting off (nothing to do with Culligan) but Alex helped by rechecking the unit and install and calling the water company. He went above and beyond today. Appreciate his efforts in helping us!

Logan was fantastic! After a power outage, our Culligan filtration system started a regeneration cycle during the day, which usually happens around 2 a.m., so I had no idea what was going on. Logan came out promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything fixed in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great service!

Very excited to purchase a whole house filtration system and Osmosis drinking water system from Wes.Update: Logan came and installed the new filtration system today. Again very knowledgeable and great installation skills! He actually made a complex install look easy. He put in the whole house filtration system; installed the OSMOSIS System under the sink for drinking water, and ran a line from it to our refrigerator for the ice maker. Logan then explained everything to my wife and I about all he installed. Awesome experience, can’t recommend Culligan enough!

Wes was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different packages and the water in the area. I had a barrage of questions and he answered them all right away. I walked away feeling confident in service that would be provided. I do think the charge every 3 years is a little high but overall seems to be a set of great products. The good thing was I didn’t feel like was being sold, manipulated, or tricked into buying anything.
