Marcus was a considerate tech who knew his job. He didn't push his product but gave us an honest opinion on our water condition.

My husband grew up with a Culligan system and was always happy so we decided to check into here. We also contacted a few competitors to have comparisons. Culligan (Wes was our sales rep) was hands down the BEST. Culligan's prices were absolutely competitive and Wes was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We look forward to becoming part of the Culligan family.

Arden was a breath of fresh air. He was not aggressive gave me the facts and allowed me to make my own decision.

They came when promised, or earlier. Were so nice and helpful. I cannot wait to take a bath that doesn't smell like chlorine!The installer, Alex was great and Matt, my sales guy was very good.Unless something doesn't work, im very happy!

The service was excellent prices a little bit high on their filters replacements, but the service tech was very good

Marcus Dwaileebe was great. He just came out to set up the app for my water system while I was at work. He walked my son through the process and got a thumbs up from my son.

We are very happy with your Culligan representative who was ultra professional, knowledgable and articulate. Presented several water conditioner products all of which have value. Provided us with great advice and choices with benefits of each. No sales pressure or "tactics". Nice!

I was having some issues with my mulligan water filter not working. Brandon came and was able to figure out the problem and correct it in minutes.He is also very polite and professional.

Arden Garver was incredibly professional and knew his business inside and out. Arden contacted me a couple of days before our appointment to confirm and the texted when he was 2 hours before arriving and again 30 minutes before our appointment. He knew the products very well and explained them in such a way that a layman (like me) could fully understand. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience with Arden Garver.

Wes Reynolds came to our house to discuss a 2 in 1 water softener / filtration system. He was on time ,very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the System. I would highly recommend Culligan and Wes for this. Thank You Wes.

Arden did a great job clearly explaining the current water parameters and made product recommendations exactly what we would need. He made the entire purchase process very seamless and scheduled the install same week. Alex who did the installation is very knowledgable and answered all my queries on the product operation, maintenance tasks, warranty info etc., patiently. Also, he made sure all the debris and water spills from the work are cleaned and removed. Very professional.

Arden is an excellent representative who is knowledgeable and honest, and shares full transparency about products, costs, benefits and payment options. Nothing is complicated or confusing about his presentation. Our family has requested him now twice and we will refer him out whenever possible. Excellent care and expertise!

Jack T has taken care of us quite a few times over the past few years. Very knowledgeable on our older Culligan system. He makes it easy and convenient for us to schedule routine check ups in maintenance. Absolutely would recommend!

The whole process was super easy… we got the sink reverse osmosis water filtration system with remineralization with a hookup for our refrigerator as well. From Wes coming out and walking me through products and then quickly getting us scheduled for installation it has been so easy. Logan our installer was knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. Highly recommend.

The technician was knowledgeable and professional, arrived on time and explained everything in details, as you can see the service calls are not cheap from other reviews but I guess you get what you pay for.

We had our unit reinstalled today from our previous home. Alex was very helpful and professional. We had some strange coincidence with our water shutting off (nothing to do with Culligan) but Alex helped by rechecking the unit and install and calling the water company. He went above and beyond today. Appreciate his efforts in helping us!

Logan was fantastic! After a power outage, our Culligan filtration system started a regeneration cycle during the day, which usually happens around 2 a.m., so I had no idea what was going on. Logan came out promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything fixed in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great service!

Very excited to purchase a whole house filtration system and Osmosis drinking water system from Wes.Update: Logan came and installed the new filtration system today. Again very knowledgeable and great installation skills! He actually made a complex install look easy. He put in the whole house filtration system; installed the OSMOSIS System under the sink for drinking water, and ran a line from it to our refrigerator for the ice maker. Logan then explained everything to my wife and I about all he installed. Awesome experience, can’t recommend Culligan enough!

Wes was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different packages and the water in the area. I had a barrage of questions and he answered them all right away. I walked away feeling confident in service that would be provided. I do think the charge every 3 years is a little high but overall seems to be a set of great products. The good thing was I didn’t feel like was being sold, manipulated, or tricked into buying anything.
