I chose Culligan for a RO system because of its reputation. I have not been disappointed. The system works great and the customer service is excellent. There were issues initially with water flow. Culligan came out a number of times and were relentless in working toward a solution. The issue was on the side of water flow into to the home and not with the Culligan equipment. I recommend the Charlotte Culligan team.

Alex did an amazing job installing my system and explaining how to maintain it. It was complicated installation involving bringing the plumbing to the outside of the house since the main water was located in my pantry. He ran the pipes in a way you couldn’t even tell they’re there and I didn’t lose any space in my pantry. Thank you, Alex.

Our county Union continues to have quality water issues… so we have some peace of mind now!** UPDATE** We’re in year 5 now with our system and are so thrilled to be done with plastic water bottles. This year, Brandon Yerkes serviced our system and he was fantastic! Love to see knowledgeable people nerd out in their field.

Absolute best service I could have asked for. Pressure tank went out on well and they were able to get out the same day and repair was done two days later. Taft Floyd was a pleasure to work with and so helpful in answering my questions and getting me back up and running. I’ve used them twice and service was superb. Arden was a breath of fresh air. He was not aggressive gave me the facts and allowed me to make my own decision.

They came when promised, or earlier. Were so nice and helpful. I cannot wait to take a bath that doesn't smell like chlorine!The installer, Alex was great and Matt, my sales guy was very good.Unless something doesn't work, im very happy!
