I hate when they ask for a review before you know if the product works well!!! But YES, the employee named Logan was very polite & informative. I was surprised to see that he was the only one (for what I expected to be a 2 man job)! He had a good attitude & was familiar with the mountain area. Even told me that Culligan was expanding this way to Hickory. I am very much looking forward to iron/rust free water! So stay tuned. But, so far , so good:)THIS WAS AN OLD REVIEW….Happy to say that my recent “Culligan Man” was great!!!Funny, as i remember the old TV commercials about calling you Culligan Man as they would show hom sitting thete, waiting for a call… WELL, guess what? Here i thought i needed service BUT all was good! He did teach me how to set the timeAND told me then what tome it would ho into automatic regeneration. Also, how to close it off ( drain half tank) and prepare the house gor winter! Brandon was his name, told me to call and they eould save me the service call by walking me through step by step. Good and Patient guy!
