Dear Culligan Charlotte: This email is to compliment one of your employees who was at my home today to replace salt. I believe his name is James. He rang the doorbell to announce his arrival, and when he finished, he rang again to tell me that both light bulbs had burned out in the space where the water softener is. He offered to replace them for me. That's not part of your regular service, but I am a widow and having someone do that for me was very special. He even took the two burned out bulbs with him when he left. It's this sort of employee who does a kindness for another who makes a
