Dear Culligan Charlotte: This email is to compliment one of your employees who was at my home today to replace salt. I believe his name is James. He rang the doorbell to announce his arrival, and when he finished, he rang again to tell me that both light bulbs had burned out in the space where the water softener is. He offered to replace them for me. That's not part of your regular service, but I am a widow and having someone do that for me was very special. He even took the two burned out bulbs with him when he left. It's this sort of employee who does a kindness for another who makes a

The very next day I was contacted by Troy W..... who was able to come to my home that very afternoon to discuss my options. He was extremely knowledgeable and directed me towards the best option and promotion for me. My experience, to this point, has been exceptional! I would definitely recommend Culligan and Mr. W..... to anyone who wants to feel appreciated as a prospective customer. I would also mention that the other two companies who were listed on Google as servicing my area have yet to contact me after my request for assistance and that has now been two weeks ago. One week after the first meeting, a gentleman by the name of Matthew installed my water filtration system and I now have exceptional water that I am comfortable about drinking. Matthew installed the system within one hour, professionally utilizing the space I had and assuring me that I would not have to be concerned about leaks. He was very professional in his work and appeared to be genuinely pleased to be able to assist me. The system is working perfectly. I am so pleased with the service I have received so far.
