Dependable, polite and considerate. Work done right

Culligan of Charlotte came out to our house today and arrived right on time. The technician, Marcus D, was knowledgeable and thorough. But his best characteristic was friendly. Culligan of Charlotte should be proud. Highly recommend.

The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. Professional and the water is perfect.

Jack T has taken care of us quite a few times over the past few years. Very knowledgeable on our older Culligan system. He makes it easy and convenient for us to schedule routine check ups in maintenance. Absolutely would recommend!Thank you!

Very profesional

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I highly recommend Rob Woodlief from Culligan of Charlotte! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He took the time to explain everything and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how personable and kind he was. He even took a moment to play with my cat, Hippo, which I thought was the sweetest thing! It’s the little things that make a difference. Thank you, Rob, for your wonderful service and genuine kindness. Culligan is lucky to have you on their team!

Needed our neutralizer replaced. Estimate provided on Tuesday and work completed on Wednesday. Excellent customer service.

Brandon came to our house for a service maintenance. He was on time and answered all my question and checked our water. He was very professional and explained everything he did. Thank You Brandon. Thank You Culligan.

Brandon was out earlier this week to do our routine quarterly check. He was on time and professional as always! He checked the system, topped off the salt, and tested the water…everything was in working order. Thanks Brandon!

In the past several years I’ve had a softener, chlorination system and RO system installed. The guys that came to do the installing have been nothing short of awesome. This past week I was having issues with something I thought they installed, turns out that’s not what it was, but they came out and checked everything without any problems. Kendall and Hailey, the office ladies, have been so nice and understanding with me. Lord knows I’ve called probably 10 times and each time they listen to me and try their best to answer all of my questions and concerns. If you need any kind of water treatment, call the people at Culligan. You won’t be sorry!!

Marcus of Culligan came to service our equipment today and did an excellent job! We have been with Culligan for years now after firing 2 previous companies and Culligan we are very pleased with. They are very knowledgeable about their systems and we thank them! Great job Marcus😊👍

Always have a great experience with Culligan. Quick, reliable service. Great products.

When we lived in New York, we had Culligan for 18 Years. We never moved to North Carolina and saw the difference in the water and wanted Culligan. I realized they were from Charlotte, but they still do the triad area in Clemmons and they came out the next day. From The salesman Chris to the installer Clay everything was easy and excellent. I highly recommend

Chris was fantastic at installing my new Culligan water filtration system!

Rob has serviced our system before. Very professional and efficient. Culligan of Charlotte installed our system many years ago and they service the system annually by changing filters and replenishing salt. System is reliable and effective. I use the annual service as they sample water and adjust if needed.

The installer did a great job. He removed an old unit and replaced it with a new Culligan whole home filter. I would highly recommend Culligan.

Culligan always does a great job! We’ve consistently had wonderful service, and this visit was no exception. Jack was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. It’s so nice to have a company you can count on for reliable, great service every time. Highly recommend Culligan—and thank you, Jack!

Culligan installed our RO and whole house filtration system yesterday. From the first meeting to the install all employees were informative, polite, efficient and cleaned up when project was completed. Thanks Culligan!

Quick, professional and wonderful customer service! Thanks Marcus!

I love dealing with Culligan’s as they are one of the best that I’ve ever run across. We love how they make sure our water is clean, service is always phenomenal and staff is always willing to help. We have been dealing with Jack for over two years, who comes in makes sure that our water is fine, and runs tests and makes us feel a heck of a lot more comfortable. I would strongly recommend this company and Jack.

Exceptional service we have a small problemJack come to fix issues good service response fast I'm recommend this company

Chris was absolutely amazing from the moment we spoke. He was kind, courteous, and professional, and despite making the long drive from Charlotte to Greensboro, he still arrived with a wonderful smile and a genuinely charming personality. Hayley, congratulations—you have a wonderful husband and definitely a great catch!I had scheduled the pickup of our in-home water filtration system months in advance because I knew our family had received new orders relocating us to another country. There was initially an attempt to reschedule the pickup, but once the team understood the seriousness and timing of our situation, they honored the original appointment. I am extremely grateful for that.A huge thank-you to Culligan of Charlotte and the entire team. You all have been wonderful to us since taking over our area. We originally had service through the Greensboro location, and when they went out of business, Charlotte stepped in and took on the responsibility of servicing customers in our area. That extra effort has absolutely not gone unnoticed. We truly appreciate Chris, Hayley, and everyone at Culligan of Charlotte for taking such great care of our family. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile.God bless you all and your families. ❤️

The tech was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Definitely a keeper for the company. He explained the app very well and made it very easy for us to work it. Love Culligan Water!

Jack was great to work with and did a great job!

The service tech (Jack) was so well mannered and professional. He was kind and detailed showing bus all our options and price points. We are happy to highly recommend their services!

Super reliable and great customer service. Thanks for keeping the water clean!

Clay arrived on time and completed the install quickly. We love our new RO system and are satisfied with the whole experience.

We had a whole house filtration system installed by Culligan and are amazed how it has cleared our water up. We are on a community well and have always had issues with our water until Culligan installed their system. Thank Matt for the job you and your people have done! Especially Chris the Installer as he did a great job.

Brandon was great! Knowledgeable and friendly and didn't oversell us!

We had Marcus with Culligan come out for an initial visit to a house we recently purchased on Saturday. The house already had a whole-house Culligan water filtration system installed by the previous owner. My wife and I were not familiar with how to properly operate and maintain a water filtration system, so I contacted Culligan to have someone come out and educate us on the system and its proper maintenance. While scheduling the appointment, I was informed that the recommended annual service had last been completed in September 2025. I asked that the annual service also be completed during this visit, which included replacing the carbon filter. We had plenty of questions while Marcus was onsite regarding the operation and maintenance of the system, as well as recommended upgrades and additions. Marcus was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in answering all of our questions and providing pricing for the options we discussed. If this first visit is any indication of what we can expect from future service engagements, I would highly recommend Culligan for any of your water filtration needs!

Marcus was amazing! This is my second interaction with him and he went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood every part of my system and how it works. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.Kudos to you for having such a great employee on your team! Marcus is definitely an asset.
