In the past several years I’ve had a softener, chlorination system and RO system installed. The guys that came to do the installing have been nothing short of awesome. This past week I was having issues with something I thought they installed, turns out that’s not what it was, but they came out and checked everything without any problems. Kendall and Hailey, the office ladies, have been so nice and understanding with me. Lord knows I’ve called probably 10 times and each time they listen to me and try their best to answer all of my questions and concerns. If you need any kind of water treatment, call the people at Culligan. You won’t be sorry!!

When we lived in New York, we had Culligan for 18 Years. We never moved to North Carolina and saw the difference in the water and wanted Culligan. Rob has serviced our system before. Very professional and efficient. Culligan of Charlotte installed our system many years ago and they service the system annually by changing filters and replenishing salt. System is reliable and effective. I use the annual service as they sample water and adjust if needed.

The installer did a great job. He removed an old unit and replaced it with a new Culligan whole home filter. I would highly recommend Culligan.

We had Marcus with Culligan come out for an initial visit to a house we recently purchased on Saturday. The house already had a whole-house Culligan water filtration system installed by the previous owner.My wife and I were not familiar with how to properly operate and maintain a water filtration system, so I contacted Culligan to have someone come out and educate us on the system and its proper maintenance.While scheduling the appointment, I was informed that the recommended annual service had last been completed in September 2025. I asked that the annual service also be completed during this visit, which included replacing the carbon filter.We had plenty of questions while Marcus was onsite regarding the operation and maintenance of the system, as well as recommended upgrades and additions. Marcus was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in answering all of our questions and providing pricing for the options we discussed.If this first visit is any indication of what we can expect from future service engagements, I would highly recommend Culligan for any of your water filtration needs!
