I hate when they ask for a review before you know if the product works well!!! But YES, the employee named Logan was very polite & informative. I was surprised to see that he was the only one (for what I expected to be a 2 man job)! He had a good attitude & was familiar with the mountain area. Even told me that Culligan was expanding this way to Hickory. I am very much looking forward to iron/rust free water! So stay tuned. But, so far , so good:)THIS WAS AN OLD REVIEW….Happy to say that my recent “Culligan Man” was great!!!Funny, as i remember the old TV commercials about calling you Culligan Man as they would show hom sitting thete, waiting for a call… WELL, guess what? Here i thought i needed service BUT all was good! He did teach me how to set the timeAND told me then what tome it would ho into automatic regeneration. Also, how to close it off ( drain half tank) and prepare the house gor winter! Brandon was his name, told me to call and they eould save me the service call by walking me through step by step. Good and Patient guy!

Just had an annual inspection of my filtration system and all was fine with the system. The technician Brandon Yerkes was knowledgeable, courteous and a credit to the company. I would definitely recommend Culligan to anyone seeking to improve their household water supply.

I recently had my recommended yearly check up completed by Culligan of Charlotte and my tech, Brandon Y. was awesome! It was pouring rain and he took great care in making sure to not track mud inside. He answered all of my questions and showed me what I needed to do to keep my water softener system preforming at it's best. I had my system installed about 2 years ago. I have had no issues with it and it works great! I have well water and before I had it installed my black faucets and shower heads always looked dirty because of white residue spots but now they stay nice and clean.

Everyone at Culligan of Charlotte were absolutely great to work with. From their Sales person, technician to their CEO they demonstrated their highest level of customer support and work on providing the perfect solution. We couldn't be more pleased!!

Matt came out to sow us some options on getting quality drinking water.We decided on the hot/cold option that sits on the counter. We decided on owning instead of renting and it's a good $25-$30 cheaper than renting a cooler that holds 5 gallon bottles. It will be installed Monday and we can't wait!!

Arden was so knowledgeable, such a nice person, explains the steps and normal process, and it seems like they dont hard sell you right away. All and all they offer an amazing service and knowledge about our water that we all desperately need in order to improve our families health.

Culligan’s water filtration service is good overall, but I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars due to some unexpected charges. Even for the annual maintenance visit, they charge around $130, which I didn’t anticipate. Additionally, if the app doesn’t work on your phone, they charge between $100–$200 just to come out and set it up.My concern is that the app and system are part of their service, so customers shouldn’t have to pay extra when something on their end isn’t working properly. Because of these additional costs, my experience hasn’t been completely satisfying.

I had an incredible experience with my Culligan install. The water is already tasting better, and I’m so excited to be clean water running through my whole house. The shower with soft water was amazing too. Not only that, but Alex and Dalton did an incredible job. Not only were they efficient, but they were educating me along the way. Good to see how much they care. Even my pups loved them!!! 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you…

I am so happy with my Culligan water equipment. I have a softener, an RO system and just got a chlorination system. Arden is the best. He gives you the best options for your water but doesn’t push you to buy anything. Alex and Dalton did the installation and they did an awesome job!!! Would recommend to anybody having any kind of water issues.

Super friendly service and outstanding quality of water filtration!! Would never go back to unfiltered water. Rob (technician on last service visit) is also a genuinely friendly person and had a great time talking about vinyl collections and audio production!
