He was extremely knowledgeable and directed me towards the best option and promotion for me. My experience, to this point, has been exceptional! I would definitely recommend Culligan and Mr. W..... to anyone who wants to feel appreciated as a prospective customer. I would also mention that the other two companies who were listed on Google as servicing my area have yet to contact me after my request for assistance and that has now been two weeks ago. One week after the first meeting, a gentleman by the name of Matthew installed my water filtration system and I now have exceptional water that I am comfortable about drinking. After we asked him to return for an order, he responded quickly and showed sincere appreciation for the order. The installation team were efficient during the entire procedure. They could not have worked harder if the CEO of Culligan watched.
